Team Invitations

EazyData allows you to invite team members to collaborate on your website analytics. Team members can access tracking data, view dashboards, and help manage your analytics setup. This feature is perfect for agencies, marketing teams, or any organization that needs multiple people to access analytics data. Go to the Dashboard to invite a team member.

How Team Invitations Work?

When you invite someone to your team, they receive an email invitation with a secure link. Once they accept the invitation, they gain access to your website's analytics dashboard and can view all tracking data.

Team members can access the same features as you, including viewing visitor statistics, page views, revenue tracking, and geographical data. They can also help manage goals, settings, and other analytics configurations.

Accepting an Invitation

When someone receives a team invitation:

They receive an email with an invitation link. Clicking the link takes them to EazyData's invitation acceptance page. If they don't have an account, they can create an account during the process. If they already have an account, they can log in. After accepting, they immediately gain access to the website's analytics.

Once accepted, the team member can access the website's dashboard from their own EazyData account. They'll see the website listed in their dashboard alongside any other websites they have access to.

Managing Team Access

As the website owner, you can:

You can view all current team members, remove team members at any time, resend invitations if they expire, and see last access times to the dashboard.

Team members can access all analytics data but cannot modify core website settings or remove other team members. This ensures your website's configuration remains secure while allowing collaboration on analytics insights.

Security and Privacy

Team invitations are designed with security in mind:

We ensure security by using unique and secure invitation links that expire after 7 days. You can revoke access at any time, and team members cannot access your account settings. For transparency, all access is logged.

This ensures that you maintain full control over who has access to your analytics data while enabling effective team collaboration.
